Shipping

All shipping is done with 72 hours of the order.  If the order is placed while we are closed or the post does not run, we will have it out the next day. Orders are shipped using USPS.

Return Policy

All sales are final. To be considered for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order; requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  A 15% restock fee may be applied.

Question : What is Direct Damage LLC?

Answer : Direct Damage LLC or Direct Damage Games is a owner operated / locally owned small business dedicated to collectible card and miniature games.  We primarily deal in magic / pokemon cards but also sell warhammer 40K and other popular tabletop games.  Weekly game nights and game room available!  

Question: Do you buy cards?

Answer: Yes we do! We offer competetive rates in Cash and Store credit for Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Yugioh, MetaZoo, and Lorcana.  All sellers must submit their cards on our site via a buylist submission .  We can no longer accept in person selling of cards at the store, without first an online buylist being done. No exceptions. Our buylist can be found at www.directdamage.net/buylist .

Question: How do I sell to Direct Damage?

Answer: Go to www.directdamage.net/buylist and submit your list of cards .  In order to assist you with your selling of cards into the store for cash or store credit, our policy is that you create buylist on our website and then submit it for approval before coming in. Once approved, come on in Wednesday to Sunday during normal store hours.

ALWAYS BUYING Magic, Pokemon, Yugioh, and Lorcana via our buylist site ! Please create an account at https://www.directdamage.net/buylist and submit a cart.  Once approved you can bring or mail them.  Please make sure all cards are Free from Brinders & Sleeves, NEAR MINT, English, Sorted Facing the same way according to your approval list.
